Dreamers : Chapter ONE

MEXICO DREAMERS

The first international Dreamers project brought Tellian to Mexico City, specifically, on site at the Anahuacalli Museum. The Anahuacalli Museum was the dream of Diego Rivera, who envisioned a “house of energy” for the nearly 60,000 pieces of indigenous art from his own collection.

Despite the threat of a lingering thunderstorm, August 28th, 2009 was a good day for Dreamers, especially for the seventy or so natives of Mexico City who participated in the inaugural international group portrait.

Tellian hopes that it will lead to more international exchanges of human solidarity, unfiltered by media commentary or government intervention.
